One day, Naraku made Kikyo and Inu-Yasha think that they betrayed each other by disguising as Inu-Yasha and almost killing Kikyo [but she did die in the end]. Kikyo was badly injured by Naraku when he disguised as Inu-Yasha. That was the day when Kikyo pinned Inu-Yasha to a tree because she thought he betrayed her.
